Recently promoted to head of growth and partnerships at Realogy Title Group, Morgan Salama has held several leadership roles across Realogy Holdings. In 2017, she joined Realogy under the company’s chief strategy officer and supported the development of Realogy’s enterprise corporate strategy. Within five years of joining Realogy, Salama has held three leadership roles in different areas of the Realogy organization — Realogy Strategy Office, Realogy Leads Group and Realogy Title Group. With that strategic foundation, Salama joined the leadership team of the newly formed Realogy Leads Group where she led both product transformation and the signing of several high value leads partnerships. Her guidance and key insights were instrumental in the development and implementation of new technology products like Referral Platform, a brand-new lead delivery system for Realogy Leads Group.As a leader, Salama’s insights, background and approach help her to drive not only innovation but also ingenuity in solving key challenges. She has demonstrated this by designing and defining several key strategic partnerships for Realogy Leads Group as well as several integral technology products that have helped fuel the organization’s growth.
What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?
By far, the best piece of advice I’ve ever gotten is to “listen up close.” I started my career in investments and management consulting where numbers are everything. You look at the data, you look at the trends, you look at competitors and you start to form opinions about how things work.
