I define success as ‘achievements recognized in a defined, compressed amount of time’. In order to achieve success and as a naturally competitive personality, I manage myself against specific goals in shorter increments of time. This habit keeps me organized, efficient, and productive ensuring I am staying focused on the most important outcomes for the business.
