Brown came to LoanCare in 1990 and moved into client relations in 2007 where she successfully managed 70 clients by partnering with not just LoanCare teams, but also with her clients to establish consistent processes and messaging from the time a loan originates to the time it goes through servicing. 

With extensive experience in technology, mortgage and other industries, Brown brings a unique perspective to any situation and possesses a powerful talent for fostering collaboration across operational teams on all sides to enhance services and the experience provided to homeowners and clients alike.
