Rich Pilny, the vice president of infrastructure, technology at LoanLogics, has taken an innovative, hands-on approach to managing two of the most critical components of the company. When the COVID-19 pandemic struck and the company’s outsourced partners in Asia could not get online, Pilny stayed up all night building a new cloud-based network through Singapore to ensure the lenders and servicers who rely on LoanLogics’ technology did not miss a beat. It was also Pilny who oversaw the transitioning of the company’s recent acquisition of LoanBeam into the Amazon cloud, integrating LoanBeam products with Amazon Web Services in a matter of weeks while simultaneously reducing the company’s IT costs.

Pilny joined the company in 2006. As a leader, Pilny does much more than managing LoanLogics’ cloud infrastructure and its IT staff. His depth of knowledge in the use of these tools has continued to grow over the years, positioning him to step up when it matters most.
