Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll learn:
- There are a lot of new opportunities for real estate agents in the current market.
- Utilizing technology platforms to their fullest potential can greatly enhance an agent’s efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data analytics can provide valuable insights into customer preferences and market trends, allowing agents to stay ahead of the competition.
- Agents should proactively engage with past clients and identify opportunities for future transactions.
Here’s a small preview of today’s interview. The transcript below has been lightly edited for length and clarity:
Tracey Velt: Let’s talk about tools and platforms. What should agents be looking for in a marketing or technology platform to help them through this next iteration of the business?
Stuart Sim: Where you are delivering in one solution, one login, one place to load your activity from a broker perspective, you’re getting help recruiting. That’s also a big thing in the industry today. Where am I going to find my next superstar that’s going to help me hit my goals for 2025? When I’m looking and I’m talking to people out in the real world of real estate, the advice I give them is first of all: find a platform.
Find a platform that gives you 90% of what you’re looking for, but also embrace that technology. You’re choosing that for a reason. Learn it. Learn it very well. And take your time when you learn it, because it’s super important.
