For this week’s episode, Clayton is joined in the studio with real estate entrepreneur leader John Burns, CEO of John Burns Real Estate Consulting. Before founding John Burns Real Estate Consulting back in 2001, John worked for several years at a national consulting firm and several more at KPMG. 

During the episode, the two dive into how his consulting business got started, the types of clients being served, and some of the research and consulting work that’s driving change in the housing ecosystem. They also go into some of the economic insights that John and his team are advising people on to prepare their businesses to excel through the upcoming cycle.
