The rankings are open to all U.S. homebuilders interested in being recognized for their performance.
U.S.-based homebuilding company
Able to report full-year production data for the most recent fiscal year (2025)

Is there a cost to submit to the Homebuilder Rankings?
No. Submitting your company for consideration is completely free.
What is the minimum production required to submit?
There is no minimum production volume or sales transactions required to submit to the program.
What information needs to be provided for submission?
You’ll be asked for full-year production metrics such as closings and sales volume for new for-sale closings, residential only, for 2024: January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024 and 2025: January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025, along with basic company information.
Is this limited to the Top 100 builders?
No. The rankings are not capped. Recognition is based on performance, not a fixed number of spots.
How is my data used?
All submissions require the submitter to attest to the accuracy of the information provided. HousingWire uses multiple data points to conduct limited validation of submissions. Any data found to be inaccurate may result in the submission being removed from consideration.
