Clients can now view their pipeline, lock loans, upload conditions and more and receive push notifications on loan actions so they can stay up-to-date even if they’re on the move. By creating the InTouch mobile app, UWM’s clients can quickly upload a file, lock in a rate, get notified if an LE/CD was sent out, and so much more, without needing access to a computer. The InTouch mobile app gives them the platform to be faster, more responsive and more efficient in their business – providing better service to their borrowers and Realtor partners while differentiating them from the competition.
- Since InTouch launched in September, it has had over 17,500 downloads and now 1 in every 3 loan submissions to UWM are being done using the app.
