Pennymac’s Digital Technology Organization (DTO) drives innovation across the mortgage lifecycle by leveraging modern platforms, standardized data and AI-enabled automation to improve efficiency and customer experience at scale. A cornerstone of this strategy is Pennymac’s proprietary servicing engine, SSE, which has helped reduce per-loan servicing costs by more than 30% since its 2019 launch and is now being expanded to support smaller subservicing portfolios. Pennymac’s technology investments directly support market leadership, with the company ranking No. 1 correspondent aggregator, No. 2 overall lender and No. 3 wholesale lender in Q3 2025.
