Self-Disclosure automates compliance and documentation, creating disclosure packages in under a minute with built-in checks and e-sign capabilities. AIM’s redesigned Appraisal Center improves transparency and oversight, pairing faster internal reviews with data-driven vendor management.
The adoption metrics show meaningful impact. Self-Disclosure usage grew from roughly 25% of packages at the end of 2024 to more than 56% by September 2025, supporting nearly half of closed loans and reducing prep time by up to 95%.
