Working directly with land teams at the largest homebuilders, Oliver has built frameworks that help them diagnose bottlenecks, speed decisions and scale capacity without adding headcount. He previously co-founded Orchid Health and founded Remote.ly, a Portland co-working company he exited in 2021.
