Marvin Chang is the Associate Director of the FinTech program at Duke University’s Pratt School of Engineering and the Principal of Mercer Knoll Strategies. His work centers on a critical blind spot in modern enterprise technology: establishing and maintaining trust within complex, multi-vendor AI implementations. Through his strategic advisory roles, industry research and writing, Marvin helps organizations navigate the risk, governance and operational challenges of deeply integrated AI ecosystems. Previously, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Revvin, led digital transformation at Caliber Home Loans and Citigroup and currently acts as Senior FinTech & AI Advisor to Brody | Gapp. When not filing dispatches from abroad for HousingWire, he writes The Search for Certainty on Substack.
