Evan Rosenberg is a Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based attorney who concentrates his practice on complex real estate and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. He previously served as a Commissioner (District 5) on the Palm Beach County Planning Commission and is an adjunct professor of law at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Evan has been recognized as an AV Preeminent attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named to Super Lawyers for his work in real estate law. He is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator and arbitrator. Evan earned a B.S. in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida and a J.D. from Florida International University.
