David Norod is Principal Broker and Managing Partner of WJD Management, a Northern Virginia residential property management firm. He determines rental values for homes in WJD’s managed portfolio, oversees MLS listings, and coordinates marketing strategies to attract qualified tenants. David has been a licensed Realtor since 1986 and a licensed real estate broker since 1996, giving him nearly four decades of experience in residential leasing, rental pricing, tenant placement and property management. His work gives him firsthand insight into the decisions homeowners face when converting a former primary residence into a rental property, especially in markets where mortgage rates, mobility and long-term ownership goals are changing the rental landscape. Outside of real estate, David is a professional musician and performs with several local bands.
