Clifford Rossi

Clifford Rossi is Professor-of-the-Practice and Director of the Smith Enterprise Risk Consortium, Robert H. Smith School of Business University of Maryland. Dr. Rossi worked at both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for ten years where he headed Freddie Mac’s Single-Family Mortgage Credit Policy Department and was directly involved in the development of their first-generation AUS scorecard, overrides and policy cutoffs.
