Bruce Ailion is a Realtor Emeritus and associate broker with RE/MAX Town & Country and a real estate attorney in metro Atlanta. He began selling real estate in his early twenties, while attending Emory University, and has represented buyers, sellers, builders and investors for more than four decades — earning a J.D. and a master's in real estate from Georgia State University along the way. A past president of the Cobb Association of REALTORS, he competes with Compass and other firms that advocate privately marketed listings.
