Vidal is no stranger to ERA, having spent five years as an ERA agent and vice president. Before becoming ERA's brand President, he served as Regional Vice President for Coldwell Banker Realty in Dallas/Fort Worth. Prior to that, he led RelatedISG International Realty as President, where he significantly grew the company, increasing the agent count tenfold in six years. During his time there, he also launched TheCloserClub podcast, an engaging online interview and mentorship series featuring industry luminaries, celebrity entrepreneurs, athletes, and more, reaching over 15,000 real estate agents nationwide. Currently, Vidal sits on the regional board for The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).
