He has worked closely with owners, builders, and project teams to understand the operational challenges that impact accountability, transparency, and execution across the project lifecycle. His perspective is informed by firsthand exposure to how fragmented data, legacy processes, and misaligned incentives affect outcomes from financing through field operations.
