As a result of McDonald’s contributions to Floify, lenders who use their point-of-sale system to originate loans have reported getting to clear-to-close an average of 7.5 days faster as well as a significant improvement in their communication between borrowers, real estate agents and other mortgage stakeholders. These performance improvements help lenders reduce overhead and reduce workload.
