For example, Roofstock’s proprietary software uses Census data to rate neighborhoods based on an algorithmic assessment of area-specific risks and benefits. Under Beasley’s leadership, Roofstock eclipsed $1.5 billion in transaction volume within three years of its launch and is poised for continued growth.
