My column, as you’d expect, usually tells you what I think. And if you’ve read my column over the last few months, you know that I think the housing industry is going to take a tumble.
Well, I still feel the same way, but now John McManus and I have decided to find out where all of you think housing is headed overall, what you’ve done in the face of changing market conditions (if anything) and how confident you are that your business is resilient enough to weather a real market crash.
Hence the 2 minute headline. That’s about how long it will take you to complete the short survey below. There are 10 questions. It’s not a test. No right or wrong answers. But your answers will give us a good read on where all of you think housing is headed. And I’ll let you know your answers to the questions in my next column.
