She started her career as a file clerk and held every single position along the way to her current position. Now she leads everything from HR to Archwell’s global operations in India and Southeast Asia. Salud has played a pivotal role in the growth at Archwell. She has helped expand the team to over 2,000  employees in 2022. As a result of her efforts, Archwell has had a  280% increase of overall revenue from 2021 to 2022.
