Chief Operating Officer Erika Garcia emphasizes female leadership and equity throughout Precedent Management by hiring, coaching and mentoring females in the industry. As a young woman in a male-driven industry, getting a seat at the table was not easy. However, her relentless drive helped Precedent Management find its niche in risk mitigation for real estate servicers and aggregators. At just 34 years old, she became the company’s chief operating officer and, through her leadership, has grown the company to be an industry leader in risk mitigation and component servicing.

She is a member of NAMMBA and the Women’s Fund of Miami Dade, an organization that supports women and girls to rise to leadership and achieve equal opportunity in her community. As a leader, she is a true example of a professional woman leading the organization to new heights.

I have always acted as the CEO of my career and stayed away from comparison.
