What is one habit that has made a crucial-difference in your success?

Writing when I’m stuck. I needed to write everything out. No one likes to write, but I gave it a shot. I just started writing out on paper what I wanted to do, what I didn’t want to do, and the words just started flowing. I learned a lot about myself through this self-reflection and what I wanted to do and where I wanted to go.
