Brotherhood continuously maintained a keen awareness of Incenter’s corporate values and what makes the company tick. As a marketer, Brotherhood has had the ability to take her understanding of the company and focus not only on the look and feel of the rebranding but also on the customers’ feelings toward the company. Through running a marketing team that is internal and external, Brotherhood sees Incenter’s employees as its greatest strength.
