  • CFPB Fills Two More Senior Leadership Posts

    The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) has filled two more senior leadership posts, the U.S. Department of the Treasury announced.  Sendhil Mullainathan was selected to serve as Assistant Director for Research and Patrice Alexander Ficklin will serve a Assistant Director for Fair Lending.   Mullainathan, a professor of economics at Harvard University, and a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research, is a co-founder of the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab and board member of the Bureau for Research and Economic Analysis of Development.
