Client Success Coordinator

HousingWire is hiring a Client Success Coordinator to:

  • Build and grow relationships with our advertising clients
  • Manage client contracts and campaigns from start to finish
  • Become a key member of a growing sales operations team

Here at HousingWire, the Client Success Team is responsible for building strong client relationships through exceptional campaign management, optimization, performance and client satisfaction. Founded in 2008, HousingWire has quickly built the largest audience and most well-respected brand in housing news and media. Today, our media platforms reach more than 1 million monthly unique visitors and our audience relies on our news and information to Move Markets Forward

Primary responsibilities include:

  1. Manage advertising client services and consumer customer support
  2. Manage onboarding and scheduling of client contracts 
  3. Facilitate and coordinate campaign execution across teams and departments
  4. Ensure all client contracts are delivered in full 
  5. Assist with special projects and business operations

Required Experience and Skills:

  1. Desire to launch a career in digital advertising and media 
  2. Basic knowledge of digital advertising principles
  3. Good analytical skills, with practical knowledge of Microsoft Office and G Suite
  4. Knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot — WordPress skills are a plus! 
  5. Creative thinker and problem solver
  6. Comfortable working directly with clients
  7. Must work well with others and enjoy being part of a team
  8. Strong Slack game

Reports to: Director of Client Success

Job Location: Dallas preferred but remote for exceptional candidates

Salary Range: $37,000 – $40,000 annually
