Payment Policy

Payment must be received in full before registrants will be granted access to the conference. Forms of payment accepted:

• Visa
• MasterCard
• American Express
• Discover

Registration Terms

Registrations are accepted on a full-payment, first-come, first-served basis. Admittance to any Gathering of Eagles events will be at the discretion of HousingWire and its parent company, HW Media LLC. We reserve the right to limit attendance to our event  or remove any attendee or sponsor from our events for any reason.

• Registration for Gathering of Eagles does not include hotel, travel, or activities other than those specified in the event details. 
• Registration for Gathering of Eagles provides you complimentary access to the related virtual event. If you cancel you are still eligible for complimentary access to the virtual event.
• All attendees must register for our event by using our registration systems. Paid registrations are tied to individual attendees, not companies. Sponsor company’s registrations are tied to the company’s participation, not individually. Sponsoring companies must register employees and guests using their sponsor code. Registration for speakers is complimentary. 

Name Changes/Substitutions

Name changes/substitutions for registered attendees can be done by emailing [email protected]

Special Offers/Discount Codes 

Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced/discounted registrations including Early-Bird Rate or other discounts. Limit one (1) special offer/discount code per registration.

Participant Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellations and/or refunds will be accepted up to 45 calendar days prior to the conference start date (Monday March 4th 2024). If a cancellation is received by 11:59 pm on Monday March 4th 2024, a refund will be issued with a $295 processing fee. If canceled after Monday March 4th 2024, no refund will be provided. Once a registration has been charged to a credit card, the credit card is not able to be changed. If a cancellation is eligible for a refund with a $295 processing fee, then a refund will be credited using the original method of payment. Cancellations received after the cutoff date will not be refunded for any reason. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.

Consent Clause

Registration, attendance at or participation in Gathering of Eagles meetings, conferences, and other activities constitutes agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or participant’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such activities by HW Media. 

By registering for Gathering of Eagles, you agree that we may provide your registration information to our sponsors or partners who helped make this conference possible and that they may contact you with offers that may be of interest to you. Neither Gathering of Eagles or HW Media LLC sell registrations information to third parties.
