Documents signed via DocuSign’s platform are compliant with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (ESIGN) Act signed into law by President Bill Clinton in 2000, as well as European Union e-signature regulations.
Originally founded in 2003, DocuSign is based in San Francisco, California.
