Thomas E. Brock is a founding partner of Brock & Scott and has practiced real estate and corporate law in Winston-Salem since 1996. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1987 and his Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1996.
Gregory A. Scott is a founding partner of Brock & Scott and practiced in the area of civil litigation before becoming a founding member of the law firm in Winston-Salem. He received his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1992 and his Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1996.
James P. Bonner is a senior partner of Brock & Scott, PLLC, with the primary responsibility of directing the foreclosure division of the firm. He received his undergraduate degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1983 and his Juris doctor degree from Campbell University School of Law in 1988. He is a licensed member of the North Carolina state bar and a member of national and state MBA, the American Legal and Financial Network (AFN), REOMAC, the North Carolina Bar Association, and the new Hanover County Bar Association. He is also admitted to all federal districts within North Carolina.
