The platform is also fully integrated with the ValueLink Appraisal Management System, enabling ValueLink Direct users to place orders with more than 100 AMCs that use ValueLink AMS and over thousands of appraisers registered directly with ValueLink. Automation is at the core of ValueLink Direct and orders can be automatically assigned to appraisers and AMCs without human intervention as soon as they are created. Automated Review tools ensure that appraisal reports are thoroughly examined for errors upon delivery before the reports are submitted to the UCDP or the EAD, prior to delivery to the loan processors and the borrowers.
ValueLink Core (for AMCs):ValueLink Core is our flagship product that is used by more than 100 AMCs nationwide. The product connects Appraisal Management Companies to Lenders and Appraisers to efficiently manage the appraisal process from start to finish. ValueLink Core is deeply integrated with the most popular loan origination and order management platforms, allowing AMCs to receive orders from any platform being used by their lenders to request appraisal reports. Built in vendor management tools, ensure that the AMCs can track vendors for disciplinary actions, setting up client specific panels and more. Seamless integrations with ASC and HUD appraiser registries ensure that no vendors with expired credentials are used. Detailed Reporting and Accounting components that enable AMCs to make informed decisions and manage their business better.
ValueLink Connect (for Appraisers): ValueLink Connect is our end-to-end office management tool designed for appraisers and appraisal companies. Using Connect, appraisers can manage their entire order workflow, accounts payables and receivables, and run detailed reports to understand the health of their business. Seamless integrations with our ValueLink Core and ValueLink Direct platforms ensure that appraisers can receive orders from hundreds of lenders and AMCs nationwide, manage those orders, and deliver them from a single location. Any appraisers registered on Connect can opt into our nationwide appraiser directory that allows Lenders and AMCs to view their profile and add the appraiser to their panel with a couple of clicks.
CrossCheck (Automated Appraisal Review): CrossCheck, our proprietary review tool, analyzes appraisal reports within seconds for almost 1000 rules, and alerts reviewers on any potential UAD and non-UAD errors on the report. A pre-screening option allows appraisers to see potential mistakes prior to submitting their report and submit a corrected report without waiting on reviewers to provide feedback. The checklist feature makes manual reviews faster, by quickly identifying any potential issues for reviewers, allowing reviewers to add their comments and requesting a revision with couple of clicks. Custom rules can also be set up within CrossCheck to instruct appraisers and reviewers on items that require attention when the report is being submitted or being reviewed.
