Tom Zeeb is the president of Traction Real Estate Investors Association (, the Recipient of the National REIA "Honors of Merit" and the "Award of Excellence" for Best Real Estate Investor Association.

He is the founder of Traction Real Estate Mentors (, a nationwide training organization for real estate investors, and serves on the board of the National Real Estate Investors Association.

Tom has been featured by CNBC, The Washington Post and Kiplinger's Magazine, among others.

He resides in Washington, D.C. with his wife and son.
