Zillow (Z) priced its latest stock offering at $43 per share, according to a financial filing Monday.
Last week, the online real estate firm said it would offer nearly 3.5 million shares of stock in a capital raise for possible acquisitions. Another 575,000 shares will be sold by certain shareholders.
Underwriters in the deal agreed to purchase up to 600,000 extra shares for nearly $41 per shares, according to the filing.
Zillow said it expects to close on the offering Sept. 12.
