William Lyon Homes raised $218 million in an initial public offering this week.
The regional builder, which builds in the states of Arizona, California, Colorado and Nevada, offered 8.7 million shares at $25 per share.
Originally, William Lyon Homes expects to price each share between the range of $22 and $24.
On the New York Stock Exchange, the company will list under the ticker ‘WLH.’
The lead managers on the deal were Credit Suisse (CS), Citi (C) and JPMorgan Chase (JPM).
