The Williston Financial Group National Title Insurance Co. hired industry veterans Steven Dunsmore and Dean Kirchen to manage its default services group.
In his new role, Dunsmore will serve as senior vice president of title operations and manager of default services for both WFG National Title and WFG’s title insurance unit.
Dunsmore and Kirchen are charged with overseeing daily operations and development of the firm’s default services operations. Dunsmore spent 29 years as a senior vice president with a major title underwriter. He brings experience in both default and REO title services and is a member of the California Land Title Association.
Kirchen will assume the role of senior vice president of title operations/manager—default services.
In his role, he will work with Dunsmore to manage daily operations and strategic development of the company’s default services group.
