WFG Lender Services acquired Valutrust Solutions, a mortgage services and tech development company out of Overland Park, Kan., this week.

WFG already provides title insurance and real estate settlement services for lender’s real estate transactions.

The merger of the two platforms expands WFG Lender’s services to include appraisal management in 50 states and gives them the benefit of a tech platform that allows lenders to manage all mortgage-related services.
