Vystar Credit Union picked Mortgage Cadence’s Symphony platform to enhance its lending and home financing services for members.

The Symphony platform is one of two enterprise lending platforms offered by Mortgage Cadence. Vyster will gain the benefit of having the Symphony Imaging Portal at its fingertips.

“Symphony answers the one-system question; from application through closing and funding, the cloud-based solution manages loans throughout the mortgage cycle, offering anywhere, anytime availability,” said Kathy Bonaventura, chief lending officer for Vystar Credit Union.

She added, “With Mortgage Cadence we will be using one system instead of four, which makes this possible and places us at a distinct competitive advantage.”

The Symphony platform offers a paperless lending program with the goal of quickening the mortgage process. 

“Enabling members, our call centers and our branches to deliver documents through Symphony is a leap forward and a competitive advantage,” said Lisa Wiley, mortgage origination manager for Vystar Credit Union.

She added, “Mortgage files can also be delivered to borrowers, settlement agents and investors, reducing loan closing and delivery times.”
