In an attempt to improve the performance of its brokers, mortgage lender United Wholesale Mortgage created a new reporting system dubbed Account Success Report.

The dashboard-level reporting system tracks and analyzes the loan quality, efficiency and production of the brokers, then produces a monthly report that lets brokers view their progress.

The reporting system is accessible anytime for brokers via UWM’s online broker portal. On the first of each month, the system is updated with new statistics.

The dashboard reveals performance indicators such as submission to close percentage, volume closed in dollars, approved loan percentage, volume closed in dollars, approved loan percentage and FICO score average.

“We are providing transparency into how UWM measures each account, enabling them to work on improving these metrics. Our ASR is more focused on their loan quality and efficiency with UWM, rather than production or other aspects,” said Mat Ishbia, president of UWM.
