[A]t the end of November, 1.1% of all homes in Texas with a mortgage were in the state’s foreclosure inventory — meaning that these homes had entered some stage of the foreclosure process. Nationwide, however, 3.2% of all homes in the U.S. were in some stage of the foreclosure process.
