Santa Ana, Calif.-based Stearns Lending announced it appointed John Krantz as the company’s senior vice president – controller.

In his new role, Krantz will be responsible for management and financial reporting for the combined retail, wholesale and correspondent production channels.

Previously, he served as vice president – controller at Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc.

“John has more than a decade of experience in all aspects of finance, reporting and administration related to mortgage banking across multiple business lines,” said Gary B. Fabian, CFO of Stearns Lending.  

He added, “His contributions will further enhance the strong capabilities of the company’s financial management team.”
