Wilson & Associates, a real estate and default services law firm operating in Arkansas and Tennessee, appointed Ted Cummins associate partner this week.

Cummins joined the firm in April 2007 after graduating cum laude from the New England School of Law in Boston. The firm operates in Arkansas and Tennessee, offering legal services for the default segment of the market.

He is currently admitted into practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee and is a member of the Tennessee Bar.

While in law school, Cummins served on the New England Law Review and received a bachelors of science in business administration from Stonehill College in Easton, Mass.
