Ballard Spahr is pleased to announce the arrival of Ross E. Eichberg as of counsel in our Washington, D.C., office. Mr. Eichberg is a transactional real estate lawyer with more than 25 years of experience in real estate development, finance, and leasing transactions, both in the United States and overseas.

Mr. Eichberg’s arrival is the latest development in Ballard Spahr’s expansion of its commercial real estate practice in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area.

Mr. Eichberg represents developers, owners, lenders, and investors in several major areas, including office, retail, hospitality/gaming, and higher education mixed-use developments, as well as multifamily projects.

Mr. Eichberg counsels clients in the development of alternative energy facilities and development projects in emerging markets. He also represents inbound capital investors, mainly from sovereign funds.
