Bank of America announced Adriana Kong Romero as the new market president for Tuscon and Southern Arizona.

Romero will serve as the company’s enterprise leader in the area and work with market leaders to deliver a variety of financial services, the company said.

Additionally, she will oversee corporate social responsibility activities such as community development and environmental initiatives.

Romero is also a senior client manager for Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Business Banking Group in Tucson and Southern Arizona.

“Adriana’s breadth of experience in financial services will benefit our customers as she takes on this important leadership role in Southern Arizona,” said Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan. “As Tucson market president, she will leverage our local resources and talented team to support client needs and serve the community.”
