Roger Lehman will succeed Dale Westhoff as head of securitized products research at Credit Suisse Group.

Lehman previously worked for Bank of America as co-head of structured finance research before joining Credit Suisse in 2011, where he originally reported to Westhoff, providing analysis for commercial mortgage backed securities.

“Roger brings a wealth of experience and expertise in real estate finance and securitization to Credit Suisse,” Westhoff said about Lehman in May 2011.

As the new director, Lehman will continue to act as the company’s lead strategist for commercial mortgage backed securities.

Westhoff will continue development on the company’s data and analytics platform, LOCUS.
