RealtyTrac hired Lauren Guzak to serve as vice president of data licensing in a move designed to push the company’s supply of data products forward.
The foreclosure analytics firm has an assortment of bulk data platforms related to foreclosure, loans, sales and assessor information. In the near future, RealtyTrac hopes to offer even more data offerings through its strategic acquisition of online data aggregator Homefacts.
Guzak will play a lead role in expanding the firm’s real estate data mart. Part of her leadership role will include the development of an enterprise-class bulk data platform that provides information to resellers, government agencies and private-sector companies, RealtyTrac said.
Guzak previously served DataQuick Information Systems as director of strategic relations and brings experience in sales, account management and real estate data licensing.
