CoreLogic announced that Intero Real Estate Services, a national real estate franchise operator, extended its service relationship to launch a new consumer property portal. The portal, AgentAchieve, is among the industry’s first franchise-wide enterprise virtual office website solutions. 

Intero’s extension of services makes the entire AgentAchieve suit available by adding the broker website for customer acquisition and the transaction management module for sales processing. 

The AgentAchieve desktop previously served primarily as a tool for Intero sales association, providing agents access to email, enterprise calendars, Intero comparative market analysis and listing presentations as well as customer relationship management tools.

With this installation, Intero is now positioned to offer all its tools for brokers and sales agents in one place with seamless sharing between the agent, client, brokerage, franchise and affiliate companies.

Real estate associates and their clients will be enabled with full access to all multiple listing service data while security features protect confidential data fields.
