RE/MAX launches new tool that lets agents make custom listing commercials

Real estate giant adds another real estate tech tool to its Hustle website

Real estate company RE/MAX has launched a new tool on its RE/MAX Hustle website, giving agents the ability to create custom, professional commercials for each of their listings.

RE/MAX Hustle is a collection of tools that allows agents to customize and advertise their work, from sending homebuyers a welcome mat to creating “Hustlegraphics,” a get-to-know your agent graphic.

The launch of the Customized Commerical tool is in partnership with advertising agency Camp + King. According to RE/MAX’s announcement, this tool is the first of its kind.

The tool offers preloaded features to choose from, like location and hardwood floors, customizable text and photo options describing the property, and compilations that affiliates can leverage on behalf of their customers.

“Keeping the customer’s needs front and center, we developed an industry-first tool for agents to use on behalf of home sellers,” said Abby Lee, RE/MAX senior vice president, marketing and communications.

With this, RE/MAX agents can choose up to three features per individual video. Since the ad campaign was launched, there have been over 100,000 sessions driven to remaxhustle.com and over 61,000 videos created to-date, according to RE/MAX.

“No two listings are the same, so we’ve made this commercial generator customizable to show off the unique aspects of a seller’s property that make it a home,” said Emily Dillow, director of brand management and junior partner at Camp + King.

RE/MAX has had a busy last few months, to say the least. Last week, the company launched its new search website, part of an overhaul of the company’s web experience.

Late last December, RE/MAX acquired real estate tech startup First, which uses AI to identify potential sellers for real estate agents.
