Quicken Loans highest in customer satisfaction for third year

For Quicken Loans, third time’s the charm. 

The largest online home lender ranked highest in customer satisfaction for the third year in a row, according to a benchmark study of mortgage origination by J.D. Power and Associates.

Quicken Loans ranked highest in four key factors of the study including mortgage application and approval process, loan representative, mortgage closing experience and contact and communication.

Quicken Loans is on pace to beat company records for closed loans, with an expected $70 billion by the end of year, compared to $30 billion the previous year.
