Pulte Capital announced that it has bought Advanced Air & Heat LLC of Edgewater, Fla., which provides air-conditioning services and equipment. It employs 48, according to Crain’s Detroit Business.
The acquisitions will be funded in large part by money from the Pulte family but is independent of Bloomfield Hills-based PulteGroup Inc. (PHM).
