RealtyTrac announced that Southern California real estate company Prudential California Realty has been selected as the first member of the RealtyTrac Network, a licensed network available to leading independent and franchised brokerage companies across the nation.
Members of the RTN have access to housing information and data online, the company said.
Additionally, each brokerage is allowed to use to a customized feed of properties aggregated by RealtyTrac nationwide and a search tool that enables network members to hone in on listing leads that meet very specific criteria.
“Membership into the RealtyTrac Network is highly selective. We hand-pick brokerages based upon their market ranking and their proven performance as a residential real estate brokerage company,” said RealtyTrac CEO Jamie Moyle.
